Our family had a wonderful two week stay at Coastal Breeze this August. The house was very clean and had everything that was listed that would be there. It is on a dead end street which had very little traffic and the deck was so enjoyable. Coastal Breeze is close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and my son road the trail every chance he could. It also close to Nauset Light and Marconi beaches and we also traveled to Provincetown a few time including going on a whale watch (we got great pictures). If you want donuts go to the Hole n One doughnut shop on Route 6 and for ice cream try Nauset Light Ice Cream. Don't forget to stop at Sam's Deli for sandwiches. If you are an adventurer stop at the Cape Cod National Seashore Headquarters in Eastham the are all types of thing to do. If you have a few extra minutes at the Headquarters building watch the movie "Sands of Time" it is only about ten minutes long (shows how Cape Cod was formed). Having wi-fi is a great. Julie is a great owner and explained everything about her home. We would recommend this house to a friend.
Our extended family of 11 spent a relaxing week here in June and loved it. The house easily accommodated all of us for sleeping (one of our 11 was a 3-yr old who slept in the crib) in comfy beds, eating and hanging out. The location was close to several beaches (a quick drive), great restaurants, and fun shopping in nearby towns. We also cooked and ate at the house and the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils., etc. The weather in June was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!!
My sisters, mother and I enjoyed a nice 4-day vacation in the Cape, and staying in Coastal Breeze made our experience all the more enjoyable. The house is perfectly appointed with every amenity you could ever need or want. The home itself is very clean, and the rooms are spacious and cozy. The location is perfect as a centerpoint for daily excursions. Being on a budget, renting this house was a perfect option for us because we cooked breakfast and dinner there every day. The owner's rental process was thoughtful, convenient and professional.
My wife and I came with our three girls (ages 5, 3, and 1) and my brother, his wife, and three kids (ages 15, 14, and 12). This beautiful home was ideal for such a wide age range since it had toys and books for our little ones, and a big basement filled with great "toys" for the older kids (foosball, air hockey, pool table, and ping pong). There was also plenty of supplies in the closets and cabinets (extra pillows and blankets, soap and shampoo, mouthwash), and we were pleasantly surprised to find fresh coffee to be made. The owner was also so thoughtful to include a welcome package that everyone could enjoy. We really look forward to coming again soon (perhaps this fall) and are already spreading the word to family and friends about this comfy Cape home for getaways.
We had a very nice stay at Summer Breeze during Memorial Day weekend for the second year in a row. The house is spacious and the beds were comfortable. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The location is perfect! Arnold's is a very short drive away and the beaches are close too. We are looking forward to our next visit.
Myself and a group of ladies took the opportunity to go away and celebrate the beginning of our 30's and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Beautiful sun room, nice patio, spacious living quarters, adorable kitchen and quant bedrooms. The basement has several games such as ping pong and air hockey and the owners even took it upon themselves to have access to board games, bicycles and boogie boards. We were perfectly located close to the beach and popular attractions. It was the perfect home away from home!
This was my first rental experience, and I was nervous because I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised, and I had an amazing stay. I have never ventured to the outer cape, and I'm now in love! Eastham was a great location, about 20 minutes from Dennis and Provincetown. The location was ideal because it was near a gas station, Arnold's restaurants, and 6 west. It was a few miles away from Cape Cod Rail Trail and Nauset Light Beach. We were able to ride our bikes, and there were more in the backyard shed. The house was very accommodating to young kids with the high chair and ping pong, foosball, and pool in the basement. The free wifi and cable were a plus as well! There was a lot of space for eating and spreading out with seating in the kitchen, living room, season room, and deck. The only downside is 2 out of 4 rooms had AC, but the fans were very useful and kept the rooms cool. Overall, amazing stay and accommodating for ages 2 to 69 and beyond! Thank you again for the housewarming gift, Julie! The house was very clean, airy, and bright. It felt like home and that's the best feeling to have for a home away from home.
I enjoyed our stay at this lovely home! 4 bedrooms provided ample space for our family. Our girls thoroughly enjoyed the wooden kitchen playset and children's books :) The home was very clean and we had all of the amenities that we needed. Julie was very nice to work with and the website provided a lot of additional information about the location. Very quiet street. We loved all of the trees. This is in an excellent location and you are just a short drive away from either end of the cape.
We had an absolute wonderful time staying at this property for a nice long weekend. I stayed here with 6 good friends and we enjoyed every moment we spent at the house. Were pleasantly surprised to find bikes in the shed and we all went on some fun rides around town. The house was very welcoming, and Julie was a wonder to work with. The location is great, near everything, yet still on a nice quiet street. I would strongly recommend a stay at this location and I certainly intend on returning.
This house has a perfect location.Near the end of a cul-de-sac. it is a great spot for your little ones to learn how to ride a bike. The owners have provided an array of sizes, and there is a bike shop close to the bike trail where you can rent helmets. Having 2 outlets to Route 6 means you don't have to worry about traffic on Route 6, but two National Seashore beaches are less than a mile away. The basement has an array of games and our grandson made up a game we call bocce-pool. Arnold's is on the Corner of Old Orchard, and the sea food is great! There is a vineyard in Truro which holds tastings, and there is also a distillery. This is the second of four properties the owner has for rent that we have stayed at, and we look forward to coming again.
This was my first time renting a home for a vacation and I have to say it was more than I could have expected. It truly felt like a home! I would highly recommend this beautiful place. We had all ages represented during our stay and everyone could find something to do. The basement was a hit, especially the pool table! Our stay wasn't even over and we were all planning our next visit. It is evident the owner takes pride in this home and wants others to enjoy it and love it as much as she does. A lot of thought has gone into making the house a home and it shows. Like I said I would highly recommend this vacation get away.
My girlfriends and I decided to go on an April vacation week "getaway" with our kids and this was the perfect house for it. The first day was rainy but none of the kids were complaining because there was so much space in the house: (1) The basement had a billiard table, ping pong table, and air hockey table; (2) The 1st floor had an addition that was great for the kids to take over; and (3) the house was located on a lovely, quiet cul-de-sac which gave the kids plenty of space to play without worry of traffic! The home was cozy, charming and very comfortable with tasteful seaside decor. The owners were very accommodating (especially since we contacted them the afternoon before we wanted to check-in!) and sent a very thoughtful welcome gift (which was amazing given the lack of notice they had about our rental)! We all had a great time and are hoping to return sometime this year.
